♦ First piece/sample approval
♦ Online inspection and process control
♦ Batch/Sample inspection of production
♦Internal Inspection Reports for every batch consisting of dimensional specifications and load-deflection characteristics.
♦ Material certificates specifying chemical & physical properties, as required.
♦ All our measuring instruments, spring testers and temperature gauges and calibrated periodically
